Year-End Awards will be presented to the top point earners in the divisions below.  

Show in the division/class at all 5 shows and get an extra 10 points if you were a member for ’10 prior to May 1^st.

Points automatically accumulate for VCSC year end awards. 

To be eligible the following criteria must be met:

• Must show in the division/class at least 2 times at 2 different shows.
• Member or immediate family member must attend the VCSC Year End Banquet
• Must be a current member in good standing of VCSC

35 and over.

Open High Point Program

 To be eligible for VCSC’s Open High Point program, you must be a VCSC member in good standing.  To receive an award you must also be present at VCSC’s year-end banquet.  The program costs $30 to enroll for the entire year.  Points from any horse show count. Points from VCSC shows count as double.  10 bonus points will also be awarded for each VCSC show you show at.  Points will be kept on the rider, not the horse.  One rider could ride several different horses, or several people could ride one horse and each rider could be eligible.  Upon receipt of enrollment form, a point sheet and additional rules will be mailed.  It is the riders responsibility to have the form properly filled out and signed for all shows including VCSC shows.  The rider has 30 days from the day of the show to claim the points earned at that show. With the exception of the last month.  The program will close Oct. 10^th, 2010.  This is the last day for any points to be earned.  The deadline for all forms to be received is Oct. 12^st, 2010.  A reminder that in the end, only a 2 day allowance is given for the remainder of the points to get in, this is so the points can be tallied in time for the banquet.  Please feel free to contact me if points must be hand-delivered during the month of Oct. only.  All others must be mailed.   Please see the sign up form contained in this website.
